IFMA’s Workplace Strategy & Leadership program is designed to help leaders design and deliver a workplace experience that is aligned to the organization’s strategic drivers and business goals. The program is focused on developing the skills required to coordinate all the disciplines and infrastructure needed to deliver an integrated ‘experience’ that truly helps people work at their best and drive business results.
The WSLP has 2 parts. Part 1 includes Modules 1 & 2 (six (6) on-line, prerecorded learning videos) plus an instructor led workshop (six (6) hours over 3 days). You will earn a Certificate of Progress and CEU credits upon successful completion of WSLP Part 1. Successful completion of Part 1 is a pre-requisite to registering for WSLP Part 2. Part 2 includes Modules 3 & 4 (six (6) on-line, prerecorded learning videos) plus an instructor led final workshop (six (6) hours over 3 days). You will earn a Certificate of Completion, Signature badge and CEU credits upon successful completion of WSLP Part 2.
Module 1: Introduction to Workplace Management
M1 will introduce the concept of Workplace Management and increase understanding of why we should view workplace as a strategic business asset. You will learn to build strategies that align the total workplace experience with the strategic business drivers. M1 strengthens understanding of how to drive business improvement through multi-disciplinary cooperation and better relationships with business leaders. Module 1 Summary;

Module 2: The Art and Science of Change Management
M2 will introduce you to the drivers and challenges of change in the workplace. It will also explore various dimensions of change and provide you with a model for change management. Finally, you will explore what it takes to be a change leader, from designing a change program to executing and managing that journey. Module 2 Summary:
