This SFP Credential Path is comprised of 3 units and 12 chapters. Each chapter contains an eLearning course, learning resources, and a final assessment.

Course/Activity Information

How do I obtain my SFP?

  • Once you pass and complete all twelve required courses (Chapters 1-12), you are eligible to apply for the SFP

What other important information do I need to know?

  • Each SFP required course has a passing score for the final assessment.
  • If you take the independent eLearning courses, you must complete 95% of all eLearning modules before taking each final assessment.
  • If you take an instructor-led course, you are encouraged to review the eLearning modules before taking each final assessment.
  • IFMA will review completion time history for all courses during the application process. There is no option to “test out” of any course. IFMA requires at least 77 - 104 hours of training to achieve CEUs for the SFP program. 
  • IFMA only provides non-printable student guides in a PDF format. If you would like a printed copy, please contact [email protected] for purchasing options.

 CEU points: 4.7

As an IACET Accredited Provider, International Facility Management Association (IFMA) offers IACET CEUs for its learning events that comply with the ANSI/IACET Continuing Education and Training Standard.
