This FMP Credential Path consists of:

4 Required Courses 

• IFMA's Operations & Maintenance Course
• IFMA's Finance & Business Course
• IFMA's Leadership & Strategy Course
• IFMA's Project Management Course

The Credential Path tracks your progress through all 4 courses. Once you successfully complete all 4 required courses, the path will notify you when you are eligible to apply for the FMP. 

Course requirements

• You MUST complete all modules for each course. (The average time to complete is 13 -15 hours per course).
• There is no option to “test out” of any courses.
• If you take an instructor-led course, you are encouraged to review the eLearning modules and quizzes prior to attempting your final assessment.
• Each course has a set passing score. You can review this by reading the Pass Your Test page within each course.

Failure to follow the course requirements may result in loss of CEU credits and denial of credential application.

CEU points:

• Finance and Business: 1.5 (15 training hours)
• Leadership and Strategy: 1.4 (14 training hours)
• Operations and Maintenance: 1.5 (15 training hours)
• Project Management: 1.3 (13 training hours)

Total training hours: 57:00
