The WSLP has 2 parts. Part 1 includes Modules 1&2 (six (6) on-line, prerecorded learning videos) plus an instructor led workshop (six (6) hours over 3 days). You will earn a Certificate of Progress and CEU credits upon successful completion of WSLP Part 1. Successful completion of Part 1 is a pre-requisite to registering for WSLP Part 2. Part 2 includes Modules 3&4 (six (6) on-line, prerecorded learning videos) plus an instructor led final workshop (six (6) hours over 3 days). You will earn a Certificate of Completion, Signature badge and CEU credits upon successful completion of WSLP Part 2.
Module 3: Capacity, Project and Risk Management
M3 looks at Workplace Capacity Management – what it is, what governs its constraints as well as key measurements and opportunities. Next, we discuss Project Management skills needed to manage changing workplace requirements. Participants learn to connect to the business drivers and answer the questions ‘What does success look like? Finally, we learn how to set up Risk Management processes and develop business continuity plans in a workplace context. We look at the management of all forms of risk that impact the ability of people and the workplace to perform effectively. Module 3 Summary:

Module 4: Resource, Performance, and Improvement Management
M4 helps develop thinking on successful resource management: measurement, fulfilment, delivery of optimum levels of supply and the ability to ride through periods of extreme demand (high and low). Performance management focuses on what can be measured, how it is measured and how the results are used to calibrate, then improve, outcomes. Finally, improvement management explores the importance of quickly capturing, monitoring, and fixing day-to-day failings which may occur. In a continuous improvement culture, we not only fix problems quickly and effectively, we enjoy and leverage improvements to advance service level achievements. Module 4 Summary:
