In this module, facility managers will be introduced to key concepts of facility management that range from the role they play in the organization to the skill sets and competencies required to effectively perform their work.

• Understand the 11 facility management competencies as defined by IFMA: what they are, why they are important, and how each competency helps the facility manager.
