The certification focuses on four essential competency areas: Operations and Maintenance, Project Management, Finance and Business and Leadership and Strategy. These skills are not only vital within FM but also highly transferable across operations, HR, real estate, and broader business management. Understanding how facilities influence organizational performance has helped me think strategically and contribute more effectively in cross-functional environments. Over the past year, I committed myself to going beyond just meeting the program’s rigorous requirements—I aimed to exceed expectations, absorb the material deeply, and apply it meaningfully.
