IFMA’s Sustainability Facility Professional® (SFP®) is an assessment-based certificate program delivering a professional credential that builds your knowledge to drive efficiency, data-driven decision-making and cost-saving practices for your facility. Learn how to apply innovative ideas to any industry and any building rating system. 

Maximize your facility’s efficiency in these five areas of FM:  

  • Energy 
  • Water 
  • Materials and consumables 
  • Waste Management 
  • Workplace Management 

Spread over three days, students will have the chance to attend in-person training for the first two units of the SFP. The remaining material will be covered, from the same Instructor, through weekly virtual classes, each lasting 90 minutes.  

Unit 3 Virtual Class Schedule: 

  • 1 December  2026 –  Tuesday – 12:00 - 1:30 PM ET 
  • 8 December  2026 –  Tuesday – 12:00 - 1:30 PM ET  
  • 15 December 2026 – Tuesday – 12:00 - 1:30 PM ET 
  • 22 December 2026 – Tuesday – 12:00 - 1:30 PM ET
