IFMA’s Performance and Quality Core Competency workshop will help facility managers to develop a “systems thinking” perspective and provide critical insights that apply to quality-related FM practices. Many performance and quality management techniques and practices described in this course have been around for years. The course brings them together and provides a comprehensive toolbox specific to facility management.
Combined with 90 minute weekly live sessions led by IFMA Qualified Instructor. You will receive a high-level summary of each chapter, including real-world examples from instructors. These virtual workshops will help you move through each of IFMA’s 7 core competencies in as little as 3 weeks. Sessions provide an opportunity for Q&A and follow-up collaboration with the instructor.
