The goal of the communication workshop is to review, discuss, and explain the fundamental knowledge and skills a facility manager needs to be an effective and efficient communicator. This applies to formal and informal interaction.
Combined with 90 minute weekly live sessions led by IFMA Qualified Instructor. You will receive a high-level summary of each chapter, including real-world examples from instructors. These virtual workshops will help you move through each of IFMA’s 7 core competencies in as little as 3 weeks. Sessions provide an opportunity for Q&A and follow-up collaboration with the instructor.
